I am a French psychotherapist approved and validated by B.A.C.P and I am here to help you on your journey towards congruence and self-discovery.

My name is Herve Durant. I am a psychotherapist who helps adults over the age of 18  to identify and understand patterns of behaviour they may have locked themselves into and help them fully understand them in order to see the changes needed to live their lives in congruence and deeper with themselves as well as with those around them.

Accredited and validated by the BACP, I have had experience in the practice of therapy for over 20 years in London. I have worked as a psychotherapist for students as well as for the NHS. I have also worked in non-charitable organisations where I specialised in  supervising trainees in universities and conducting clinical assessments. Today, I practice therapy, I teach and supervise students and therapy professionals in my practice. The duration of the therapy can be for a period of 6 sessions or it can be carried out longer according to your needs. We will see all of this during your first session. I am fluent in English and French.
